Welcome to the home of The Cheese Shop, a small family owned cheese shop / deli opened in May of 2004 in the historic Conover Square in Oregon, Illinois.
     Our Goal is to offer the best sandwich's & other products at a good value to our customers.
     We have a good working relationship with many small cheesemakers in the area (Wisconsin and Illinois) along with other vendors so we can offer their great products at a very good price.
     Along with our cheeses we also offer Terrapin Ridge Mustards, Mrs Mike's Potato Chips and Cheesecorn, and a small line of Amish products.
     We try to ship on Mondays so the items do not sit in a warehouse over a weekend. We ship cheese October thru May.
